chapter 14. A new life

In this chapter Arthur Jacobs appeared in Michael´s office and they talk about Michael started a "pro bono" program and he was going to use lawyer form the big washington law companies.
Arthur like the idea, and he was talking about sending all 400 of his washington lawyers to do "pro bono" work for a few hours a week.
Then decided go to a house near Fenwick Island, right near the ocean,  this house was owned Megan´s uncle. When Megan and Michael was sitting close together on the couch she asked him "What are you  thinking?" and he said everything and nothing, he had never thought this new life, because 32 day earlier he had been married with another woman and had other work.

Chapter 13 Burton against Drake and Sweeny

In this chapter Mordecai and Michael was in judge DeOrio´s room with Arthur Jacobs, Rafter, Nathan Malamud, and Barry Nuzzo from drake and Sweeny.
Arthur spoke for Drake and Sweeny and said that death of lontae Burton and her cgildren was in part, her own falt, and explained why.
But this wasný enought so judge DeOrio pleaded guilty to Drake and Sweeny of an illegal evivtion and said "That´s clear. I wouldn´t advise you to blame the mother in a court"

Now they would discuss how much Drake and Sweeny should pay. Rafter offered seven hundred and seventy thousand dollars, and Mordecai didn´t accepted. He asked for four million dollars.

Then they talked about how much Michael Brock should paid for theft of the file.

Finally Michael would lose him license for nine months.

chapter 12 The washington post

Michael had stolen the file, so now he should lose him license. He was so nervous, because since he had started law school ten years earlier he had never thought of any other kind of work.
Mordecai told Michael that called the washington post, he had been at college with Tim Claussen. He was one of their best journalists.
Next morning they told Tim Claussen about the Lawsuit against Drake and Sweeny. The story was in the newspaper next day!
Arthur Jacobs talked with Mordecai, Arthur said that Chance had been the only one who knew those people were tenants.
Arthur Jacobs said he wanted to meet the note from the file with them and a judge.

chapter 11. megan

in this chapter michael was in the police car and he imagined all that he could spend in prision and he thing in his mother in his father , in his company about that they what do they thing ? , he was nervous .

when they came to prison, the police looked everywhere, and then took him to take the photo and fingerprints the prisoners he saw were black only saw a white man equal to him but he was drunk.

in the prison stolen him shoes and beat him, later stolen him jacket. when Mordecai sack on bail at 7:00 pm and the bond will cost Ten Thousand dollars , when Michael came out of prison he learned that friends of Drake & Sweeney had told reporters about the stay of the in prison. michael left to his office and he found with ruby , and he asked her that if she was taking drugs again , ruby answer not but michael know that ruby lie him. michael went with ruby for naomi´s house.

Morgan received it and told Michael that if he stayed to take coffee, Michael accept and stay, all he saw the wound in his face and said that it had done prison a man who stole his jacket and tried to steal him shoes.michael began to talk to morgan (morgan is naomi´s friend).michael told their that he was a new man. morgan smile.

Michael thought it was a perfect smile, the eyes of Morgan loved him and saw that Morgan had no engagement ring so I was not married, her hair was light brown, her eyes were large and round Michael described it well. Michael told her about her life and she told him about hers. He told her what had happened to Devon hardy and had began to work with homeless, and she told him that she loved and who loved baseball Washington.Michael she asked "if the sun shining WAS, Could we eat outside". Michael thought it was romantic.

And so ended the chapter.

chapter 10 - chicagao

in this chapter michael was sleeping in his apartment. when in the middle of the nignt , him phone rang. it was claire . and she say that the policeman was in her apartment (michael and claire don´t live together).

inmediately michael left to her apartment. it was 1 a.m , only the policeman´s name is lieutenant gasko , wanting to search it for the file,the policeman know that he was a lawyer and he didn´t look very happy.

claire was filming it all with the video camera.in the end the policeman left.

the next morning michael went to hector palma´s office but hector was not , he had gone to chicago .

and michael discovery that hector palma moved to chicago. the hector palma¨s family moved to chicago last weekend he has been to drake & sweeney´s chicago office a couple of times.because hector palma know that drake & sweeney´s evictions were illegal. he knew how important your note was.

michael went to look for hector , when hector saw michael , hector say"I have four children please protect me" and hector gave to michael an envelope.

the lontae burton´s file was a lie , and the eviction was illegal.michael caught the next plane back washington. when michael arrive at his office the policeman took to michael out to the police car , gasko (the policeman´s name) taking him to central police station like any other criminal.

chapter 9

in Chapter 9 we find that Michael is starting to practice as a lawyer working with Mordecai Green, initially received only a few cases and increasing day he also made it more difficult that when it came to the apartment was not the same, one night he called to claire and replied a man ,michael thinked that was the new boyfriend of claire this night michael couldn´t sleep because the only thinking is about clair and the man at his home after this he met a girl who looked like 30 or 40 years which will report its drug problem and needed help to get his daughter, because she was a drug addict and for this she take a very difficult decision was that lent her daugther because don´t have the enought money for give to eat so now she is good for keep but the family who have the children do not want to give it ,what do you think that michael should do worry if claire or new?

chapter 8

michael left the hospital after he met claire in a restaurant, to end the divorce papers which was not very nice, since Michael had received a CALL FOR HECTOR PALMA WHO was the real state of branden chance and talkED to michael mainly for THE files DRAKE & SWEENEY which wERE identified as responsible for all RiverOaks roles where he could make a claim and give them away but Michael does not know what to do, what do you think about it
